Order
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the Nordics will take 5-7 business days to arrive. South Europe deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
We cannot change your order after it has been confirmed, but we can help you change patches, color or remove items from your order if it has not yet been processed.
Payment
We only use secure payment options.
Our website is equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a security protocol for secure data transmission over the Internet (or other networks). The SSL protocol provides an encrypted channel between sender and receiver. Encryption ensures that no one can tamper with the data (message integrity). The SSL protocol uses digital certificates to verify the sender and/or recipient of the data transfer (Server Authentication).
We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX, but also Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Klarna.
In some countries there are local payment options available in the checkout.
Delivery
You can track your order by using the link in the dispatch confirmation email.
Haven't received the dispatch confirmation? That means your order hasn't been shipped yet. It can take a few days after you placed your order before the package is shipped.
